Terms of Service
Use the service only with photos you have permission to upload. Keep your account credentials private and review generated content before sharing it.
Use photos with permission
Upload photos of consenting adults only, and do not use public figures. Tell viewers when a realistic clip is AI-generated. The service is independent of the original artists and social platforms. An export does not grant rights to the underlying music; check the rules of the platform where you share it.
Generation and payment
AI output can contain visual errors and is not guaranteed to match every facial detail or movement. Each generation uses 300 credits. Credit packs are one-time purchases billed in USD. Failed tasks return credits under the refund policy; payment reviews are handled separately.
Save your video before it expires
Uploaded photos are retained for 7 days and generated videos for 30 days. Download a copy you want to keep. Deleting a completed or failed task removes access to its result; stored files are then cleared by background processing. For an account or data deletion request, contact support.
