Privacy Policy
Your account identifies your tasks and purchases. Your uploaded photos are used to prepare the video you request. This page explains the main data involved in that process.
Processing your request
Photos are sent to the configured AI provider to generate the video, and media services process its soundtrack and output. Stripe processes payments. This service does not use your photos to train its own models; that statement does not describe every third-party provider’s data policy. Contact support for questions about data handling.
Save your video before it expires
Uploaded photos are retained for 7 days and generated videos for 30 days. Download a copy you want to keep. Deleting a completed or failed task removes access to its result; stored files are then cleared by background processing. For an account or data deletion request, contact support.
